1948-2024
Timothy Zamora was born in Los Angeles, CA to Gustavo Zamora and Esperanza Carino. He was passionate about music and played the bass guitar from a very young age. He formed several popular East Los Angeles bands from the 60s including Thee Counts and in later years Street Talk. He served as an altar boy for many years and was very strong in his catholic faith. He was a proud Salesian High School alumni. He went on to become an award winning truck driver putting safety first and taking pride in providing for his family. He was a loving and devoted father to Jacquelyn Rose, Veronica Ann, and Michael Vincent. They were his heart.
Tim married his “honey” Susie in 1988. She was his love, his best friend, and his safe place. They were married for 35 years.
He became a Papa for the first time in 2008. Jacob Dylan Zamora-Perez was his pride and joy. He became a Papa again in 2017. Jaxon Michael Zamora was his sunshine and laughter. He loved both of his boys immensely and in his eyes they could do no wrong.
At his time of passing he was surrounded by his loved ones: wife Suzanna Guerra-Zamora, daughter Jacquelyn Zamora, daughter Veronica Zamora, grandson Jacob Zamora-Perez, and the mother of his children, Irene Zamora.
We will carry you in our hearts forever Dad, Papa, Honey, Tim…we love you so.
