With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of our beloved Sylvia Carranza, who departed this world on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, surrounded by her devoted family.

Sylvia was truly one of a kind, a brilliant soul whose spirit was full of laughter and big-hearted nature made everyone feel seen, valued, and welcomed. She had an effortless way of turning strangers into friends and moments into memories. Whether with a funny story that made everyone smile or a comforting word that lifted your bruised heart, Sylvia had a gift for making people feel special and loved just as they were.

Her ability to bring joy into any space was nothing short of magic.

Sylvia now rests in eternal peace alongside her beloved mother, Juana Garcia, and her cherished son, Danny Garcia.

She leaves behind her devoted sons Erick, Adam, and Christopher (CJ); her treasured grandchildren Daniel, Dimond, Jaeliana, Erick, Eli, and Eliana; her beloved great-grandchildren Ethan and Nathan, and her loving brothers Jaime and Hector, as well as countless extended family and friends who were blessed to call her their own.

Though Sylvia no longer walks beside us, her laughter still echoes in our hearts, her spirit still lifts us, and her love will continue to guide and comfort us through the years to come.

Please join us as we celebrate her extraordinary life and honor her joyful spirit at a memorial service on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at SkyRose Chapel, located inside Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California at 11:00 AM.

Sylvia will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Ridgeview Terrace; Gate: 1, Section: 1, Lot: 1802, Grave: 4.
