

Shirley Ann Brown was born on June 6th, 1943 in Sandpoint, Idaho and passed on June 18th, 2022 in Anaheim, California due to heart surgery complications. She was seventy-nine years old and resided in Buena Park, California for the past fifty-four years, with her loving husband.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years Thomas Brown. Her son Jeffery Brown and his wife Tonya Brown . Her daughter Carolyn Koontz and her husband Bob Koontz. Her five grandchildren Cori Beth Brown, Garrett Brown, Lianna Brown, Ashley Koontz, and Taylor Koontz. Her three great grandchildren Audrey Brown, Cash Nijst, and Oliver Koontz. And Her sister Donna Myers and her husband Norm.
Shirley loved God, her family, church family, Hawaii and Disneyland. Her family meant everything to her. There was nothing she wouldn't do for them. Her husband Tom and her were never apart. They were always by each other's side, hand in hand.
Shirley was very involved with her home church. She taught Sunday School for many years and was involved in Harvesters, a senior group. Almost always you could find her listening to her favorite Southern Gospel Group, The Gaither's. Hawaii always had a special place in her heart, especially the Island of Kauai. Tom and Shirley would visit annually. They also loved to go camping at Huntington Lake or Dogwood. Disneyland always made her smile. Every chance she got to go she had to go on Its a Small World.
Shirley was an amazing cook. She took pride in making pies and her infamous garlic dip for every holiday and family gathering. Shirley was loved by many and truly spread Gods love wherever she could. Anyone who knew her felt love and her unwavering compassion. She left a legacy behind. For all who knew her, you were blessed by love.
