Ruth Constance (Connie) Paul 75, born November 15, 1947 in Los Angeles, California and a resident of Glendora, California died April 8th 2023. Connie Paul, beloved daughter of Joseph Albert Story and Ruth Florence Durrell Story, loving wife of Roby Scott Paul, passed away at Inter-Community Hospital in Covina after a short illness. She is survived by her husband, Roby Paul, son Eric Nathan Paul, daughter-in-law Beth (Betty) Kempton, son Scott Mark Paul, his fiancée Melissa Pick and daughter-in-law Patricia Mountain Romero. She was preceded in death by her foster son, Jose Luis Romero. Connie is also survived by one grandson, Joshua Romero and one granddaughter, Serenity Rose Paul. Connie worked as a daycare provider for many years and was an honored longtime volunteer for the American Red Cross. She loved cooking, sewing, crochet, cross stitch, making greeting cards, eating good food and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Connie will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 26 in the Tranquility Garden of Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, CA at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Red Cross are encouraged in her honor.
