Rene Carrera, age 72, of Whittier, California passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024. Rene was born in Mexico. Rene was surrounded by his family in his final hours. He had a very full life, and his words to me were: "I regret nothing in my life, and would do it all the same again." A funeral service for Rene will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Saint Mary Of The Assumption, 7215 Newlin Ave, Whittier, California 90602-1266. Following the funeral service will be a reception from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - GardenView Reception, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601.
