Paula Hopkins

Paula Jayne Hopkins, born on December 29, 1948, to Bernice Hope and Kester "Paul" Hope, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 1, 2025, at the age of 76, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

She is survived by her three beloved children, Sherri, James, and Mary; her cherished grandchildren, Jonathan and Jessica; and her precious great-granddaughter, Camilla. Paula also leaves behind a brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Paula’s unwavering love and support extended far beyond her immediate family, as she deeply valued her connections with loved ones throughout California and across the country. Her strength and grace were firmly rooted in her deep faith in God, which guided her through life’s challenges and served as an inspiration to all who knew her.

Her warmth, kindness, and enduring spirit touched the hearts of everyone around her. Paula will be remembered for her generosity, remarkable strength, and her joyful spirit that found beauty in even the smallest moments. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her legacy of love and faith will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

A celebration of Paula’s life will be held at Rose Hills Memorial Park on 04/12/2025 at 1:00pm.

May she rest in peace, embraced by God’s eternal love and reunited with those who have gone before her.
