Matthew David Fulton

It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Matthew David Fulton (Daugherty). Born to Michael and Diane Daugherty on Feb 6, 1978 in Fullerton, CA and passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family at home in Long Beach after a long battle with brainstem cancer, DIPG. Matt is a Southern Californian by heart, where he graduated from Buena Park High School and Pepperdine University, but also lived in Germany, Boston and San Francisco before coming home to Long Beach.

Matt is survived by his wonderfully loving husband Price Fulton, mom and dad, Mike and Diane Daugherty, two sisters, Shannon Alcott and Sarah Daugherty, and many other family and friends including in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, dive buddies, and friends who were like family. Matt’s two passions were SCUBA diving and traveling. As an avid traveler, in lieu of flowers Matt would like donations to his beloved Pepperdine Germany house in his memory (Moore House, Graimbergweg 10, 69117 Heidelberg, Germany).
