Luis Pa, El Quemado Martinez Soto

Luis M. Soto, age 86, of Lincoln Heights Ca. died February 21st 2014. “El Quemado” Soto, son of Sotero Soto and Trinidad Martinez, loving husband of Francisca Soto, passed away on February 21st in Alhambra from his battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Francisca, and two sons Luis and Charlie and three daughters Sylvia, Mary, Trini. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren, all living in the Los Angeles & Juarez,MX area. He will now be resting in peace along side his youngest son Robert. Luis was a man of many trades he worked as a carpenter, plumber, cook and auto mechanic until his retirement, even then he wouldn't put his tools down. Always fixing things at home and at his children's homes. He also loved cooking for his children, spending time and playing with his grandchildren, making sure they had all the snacks their hearts desired. Luis was a helpful, generous man, if you needed help he was there for you. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Services will be held this Friday & Saturday at Rose Hills
