Richard is survived by his Wife, Rita R. Elizarraras. His siblings; Eva Rangel, Virginia Sanchez, Ygnacia Lilly, Glee Vera and Mary Abreu.
A graveside service will be held at Rose Hills Memorial Park, located at 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California, 90601, United States. The service is scheduled for December 29, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Joe Richard Elizarraras will be laid to rest in the Garden of Solace, Row 16, Lot 7922, Space 3, at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
