My Christian Brother – Bruce – A Tribute.
On ones journey of life, we share many experiences of life with a vast number of people. If you are fortunate , you will share a chapter of your Christian life with an exceptional person. That person in my life was my Christian Brother Bruce. I have never met a person who had the strongest Christian Faith as Bruce. The more I got to know and share my life journey with Bruce, I was in awe of how he lived his life, with his strong Christian Faith.
How privileged I felt when we went to his Christian Church together.
Bruce, from deep within my heart, I thank God for bringing our paths of life together The special times we shared on so many occasions, I felt so proud to be with you.
You will forever be in my heart and prayers.
Rest peacefully with our Heavenly Father.
Until we meet again.
In God’s love and Blessings.
Your Christian Brother,
David

Uncle Bruce’s Tribute
It is always hard losing a loved one, especially when they were very close to you. The amount of mixed emotions that a person can feel having heard that someone that you care about deeply had passed away can be very heart wrenching. The feeling of sadness, guilt, anger and most importantly ,grief. This was exactly how I felt when I heard that my dear Uncle Bruce had passed away. First off I would just like to say how honored I am to have been able to call him my Uncle as he was an amazing gentle soul who always loved being around family and friends and always knew how to make anyone smile with his contagious laugh and smile. Uncle Bruce was the most determined and persistent man I have ever known, despite going through everything he had faced, he was able to make it this far as it clearly shows that he never had any quit in him, and always fighting and pushing through whatever he faced or what was put in front of his path. He kept fighting and fighting right up until the point where he had nothing left in him where he laid in his hospital bed awaiting his time. The amount of pain and suffering that he had to go through was unbearable, and for that I am truly sorry that you had to go through that alone and that I was never there by your side as you exhaled your last breath of air. In the times in which I shared my life with you, I just wanted to take the time and appreciate all the wonderful and treasured memories that we had spent together, despite it being cut short. You watched me grow up each year through photos and videos that were sent to you up until the point where you had seen me grow into a young adult on a screen instead of in person. For that I will be forever grateful and wish that I had been able with all my heart, to hold your hand one last time and say, “I love you”.
Uncle Bruce, wherever you may be as of right now, I just want you to know that everyone including myself loved you very much ...
Hayden.
