陳先生身後留有結縭48年的妻子莊雪娥（Hsueh-Er），兩位女兒陳韋潔 (Gwendolyn) 與陳羿潔 (Sarah)，以及兩位女婿 Floris 與 Rocky；並有四位孫輩： Immanuel、Lucas、Gabriel 與 Alaina。

追思紀念儀式將於2026年3月24日（星期二）上午9時至11時在玫瑰崗紀念公園 (Rose Hills Memorial Park) 內的山邊禮堂 (Hillside Chapel) 舉行。會場將於上午8時30分開放入場。教堂將於上午 8:30 開放，追悼會將於上午 9:00 開始。請在您的導覽 /GPS 系統中輸入“Hillside Chapel”，並從 17 號門進入。（請勿使用加州惠提爾市 Workman Mill 路 3888 號，郵編 90601 的地址。）

Chung Hsien Chen passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 74. He was born on September 22, 1951, in Taiwan and resided in Hacienda Heights, California. Mr. Chen is survived by his wife of 48 years, Hsueh Er; two daughters, Gwendolyn and Sarah; their spouses, Floris and Rocky; and four grandchildren: Immanuel, Lucas, Gabriel, and Alaina.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, at Hillside Chapel, Rose Hills Memorial Park. Doors will be open at 8:30 AM, and memorial service will start at 9:00 AM. Please note to input “Hillside Chapel” on your navigation / GPS system and enter through Gate 17. A burial ceremony will take place Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Admiration Terrace Monuments in Rose Hills Memorial Park.
