Carmen Alvarez Valadez

Carmen Alvarez Valadez, a devoted Jehovah's Witness, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her residence in Los Angeles, CA, early morning September 17th, 2025, at the age of 86. She was born on January 29th, 1939, in Jalisco, Mexico.

Carmen is survived by her loving son, Osbaldo; her granddaughter, Martha; her great-grandchildren, Mia and Jayson and her loving brother Reynaldo.

Carmen remained energetic throughout her life and was known for her love of animals, her passion for fashion and beauty, her commitment to healthy eating, and her dedication to living life on her own terms. She will be missed by all who knew her.

A visitation in Carmen's memory will be held on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park – SkyRose Chapel, located at 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601. Refreshments, including coffee and pastries, will be served.
