My life was forever changed and enhanced on October 21, 2012 when I met Mr. Bill when we bought our house across the street from him on Tarrant.  I immediately knew upon our first meeting that this man was someone special and would be so much more than just a neighbor,  but was now someone that I was proud to call my family! Over the course of the past 10 years of being blessed to have Mr. Bill in my life have been some of the best years. He was my friend, and my neighbor,  but he was also like a grandfather to me and someone that just made me happy to be around.  I'm forever grateful for his love, friendship, memories and words of wisdom, and I feel truly honored to have had him in my life as I know that my world was truly brighter because of him.  Mr. Bill, you brought us so much happiness, joy and laughter and I will love and miss you forever! Thank you for showing me how to live life to the fullest and illustrating the importance of being young at heart! Rest in my peace my dear Mr. Bill and please watch over us and the Dodgers 💙!  You are embedded in my heart!

My name is Olivia Quinones and I used to help Mr.Rios at Financial partners credit union since 2016 when I started there. He would come in about once a month with his caregiver,  Charlotte. I looked forward to seeing both of them everytime they came in 
 It was a pleasure knowing and helping him.  I will miss him. Prayers to his family,  friends and loved ones
