William Cecil James Rice, age 97, of Whittier, CA passed away at home on June 19, 2024. He was born on October 4, 1926, in Douglas, AZ to Cecil James Rice and Carrie Charlott Cummins. He married Betty Ann Miller until her passing. His second marriage was to Margaret Glaser until her passing.
He is a Navy Veteran and fought in World War II.
He was the owner of a thriving business in printing, until he retired.
Bill was an amateur race car driver and member of a number of race car clubs. Bill enjoyed traveling and going on vacations. He loved his CARS and motorcycles.
He had a very adventures life!
