Bill Garcia, born William Thomas Garcia was born January 2nd 1976 to Rachel and Robbie Garcia. Bill has two older siblings Paul and Christy. 
     Bill spent his childhood in Chino Ca. and then moved to Whittier Ca. where he met his first wife Ruby and mother of his only son Javier. Bill and Ruby split up and he continued to live in the Whittier area for the majority of his life.
     Bill did many jobs but most of them involved being a mechanic. he loved working with his hands and tools and problem solving seemed to be his thing. His last job was as a hydraulic mechanic where he did get injured and was not able to continue working as a mechanic any longer. 
     In 2025 Bill married Erica who has 4 children, Gilbert, Derrick, Alyssa, and Able. And had started a new chapter in his life with her and the family. 
     Javier, Bill's son married Bianca and they had Bill's Grandchildren Killian and Mateo. Bill was very proud of his son who was now a pilot in the Army with intent to retire from the service full term. When he talked about them the pride of his Family was evident in the look on his face. He loved them so much and was also devoted to his new wife Erica and Family. 
    Bill will be dearly missed by Rachel and Kirk Jones (Bill's stepfather) and Family
