Shoi Tien Chen Chang, age 88, of Arcadia, California passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022.

A funeral service for Shoi Tien will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hua Yuan: Hall of Wisdom, 3890 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601-1626.

Shoi Tien will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601; Mystic Garden Monument Wall; Gate: 1, Section: 1, Lot: 303A, Grave: 1.
