Shirley Lew passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on April 6, 1949 in Taichung, Taiwan to Hann-Ming Jen and Lih-Chyong Jen. She was the only daughter among five brothers.
In 1969, Shirley came to the United States where she met Robert Lew at a college picnic. They shared 54 years of marriage filled with love and wonderful adventures. Shirley is survived by her three children, Connie, Wesley, and Tiffany, as well as her beloved grandchildren, Justin, Avery, Olivia, and Deedee. Shirley will be deeply missed and forever cherished for her youthful spirit, joy, generosity, and kindness.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a visitation on Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. at Rose Hills Mortuary, 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California. Funeral services will be held the next day, Monday, May 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the SkyRose Chapel at Rose Hills Memorial Park, with burial to follow.
