Richard was born in Norwich, England. His mother was English and his father was an American soldier. When the war was over his family came back to the States. He was later adopted by his step-father changing his sir name to Chambers. He was married twice. His first marriage he had his kids Jamie, Jeff, Bridget, and Steven. His current wife is Pam. Through his marriage with Pam he gained two daughters Stacey and Stephanie. He also had one adopted daughter Vanessa. He has four grand-children Jojo, Vinny, Ava and Edison. He work as a police officer for 30 years. He was a kind, loving, fun caring and amazing man who will be greatly missed.
