I met Randy about 2002 in an IT Class, Unix Bash Scripting. The class required us to turn in a group project and Randy, Peter and myself got an A on our work.

Randy and I shared movies, restaurants, technology stories, etc. I fed his cat when he was away.

I feel so sad and dismayed at his passing so young. Every time I drive through his neighborhood, I'm tempted to call him and see if he wants to eat lunch somewhere - his passing does not seem real, sometimes.

I've never known anyone more skilled with computers and networks. He had a very Zen way of living, looking at life and technology. I miss Randy a lot, he was family to me, a brother.

I also grew up with Randy. Elementary through High School. So sorry to hear of his passing, he was a really nice guy. RIP Randy 🙏

I went to Savanah School with Randy and in High School we dated. We hiked Chantry Flats with my mom and biked many places. We created videos, worked sound at the Rosemead High School plays, and did all kinds of things. He bought me my first Bible and was very kind to me. We walked with each other during our High School graduation. In the last 10+ years we reconnected via Facebook and we started talking on the phone for a while. I did not know Randy past away until today as today is his birthday. I am sad he is gone from this earth. Randy was very intelligent and had many gifts. One that was fun was making candles. Another was his IT skills. Rest in Peace Randy. Please know you made a difference and you mattered. Happy Heavenly Birthday kind soul. ✨💛
