She was raised in La Habra with her 13 siblings. Ramona was preceded in death by her parents, Angela Ortiz and Nemesio Corral; her siblings, Trinidad Cardenas, Guadalupe Morales, Virginia Lucero, Josephina Ortiz, Margarita Morris, Beatrice Quintero, Nemesio Corral Jr, Rudolfo Corral and Armando Corral. Ramona met her husband Guadalupe "Shep" Ruvalcaba in 1970. They were married in 1972 and later moved to Riverside in 1984. Ramona was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Godmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Shep; her two children, Monique Zimmer and Vanessa Steet; sons-in-law, Myron Zimmer and Michael Steet; grandchildren, Austin Zimmer, Dylan Zimmer, Tyler Steet, Ryan Steet, Amber Steet and Nicollette Steet; Godchildren, Rosenda Quintero, Jasmine Cruz, Joseph Ramirez, Sylvia Rodriguez, Juanita Gonzalez and Phillip Ortiz; her sisters, Dolores Reynoso, Eleanor McMahan and Sandra Angulo; and her brother Raul Corral.
