Born To Andrew Avila and Claire Cuddy on August 4, 1946 New Bedford, Mass. Passed November 9, 2019 in Norwalk California at 73 years of age Phyllis is survived by her Sister Sandra, Sister Brenda and Brother Bruce... her Husband Joseph Rick, her 4 adult Children Paul Monte, Melissa Lilla, Stephan Monte and Stephanie Monte.
She is also survived by her 16 Grand-Children: Dominic Midell, Derek Lilla, Marissa Garcia, Alex Garcia, Megan Lilla, Jade Padilla, Skyler Hutchins, Daren Lilla, Cash Monte, Rylee Monte, Makinzie Monte, Rhyder Padilla, Jaksin Padilla, Forest Monte, Jameson Padilla, and Zoey Monte.
Phyllis Ann Rick now joins her loving daughter Pamela Michelle Midell in Heaven.
