Maria Trinidad Vasquez

Maria was born in Ameca, Jalisco, Mexico on June 3, 1928. She was the middle child of 19 siblings to her parents, Tomas Fausto and Arcadia Uribe.

At 23 years old, Maria met and married the love of her life, Jose Vazquez. They had ten children together. Jose preceded her in death when Maria was 42 years old. She spent the rest of her life as a dedicated and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She lived in Mexico until 1977 when she moved to Northern California and eventually settled in Southern California with her family.

Maria was a brave, determined and courageous woman of God. She was a devout Christian, responsible and dedicated to her call. She enjoyed attending church and speaking about our Lord Jesus Christ to as many people as she could. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Maria is leaving behind a great legacy of faith and love to Jesus Christ. One of her favorite things to do was to sing. Maria Loved to sing songs to The Lord. As a young girl, she taught in Sunday school, teaching catechism to young children.

She enjoy eating healthy foods, taking long walks, praying and reading her Bible. She also enjoyed listening to her favorite music…Christian and Mariachi and her favorite singers, Vicente Fernandez and Rocio Durcal. Maria was also an excellent cook; she loved to prepare great Mexican dishes for her family; especially pozole, tamales and soups.

She is survived by her five sons and five daughters: Humberto Vazquez, Maria de Jesus Campos, Martha Farebrother, Francisco Vazquez, Sergio Vazquez, Isabel Allen, Jose Vazquez, Juan Vazquez, Teresa Rangel and Lupe Rey.

Maria had a total of 28 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She was loved by everyone who knew her and, although she will be greatly missed by all of her family, she will be in the hearts of her family. She will be forever loved.

María Vázquez, falleció a la edad de noventa y tres años (93), falleció pacíficamente el 22 de agosto de 2021, rodeada de su familia y seres queridos.

María Vásquez nació en Ameca, Jalisco, México el 3 de junio de 1928. Era la hija décima de 19 hermanos. Hija de Tomas Fausto y Arcadia Uribe.

A los 23 años, María conoció y se casó con el amor de su vida, José Vázquez. Dios los bendijo con diez hijos juntos. José Vázquez la precedió en la muerte cuando tenía ella 42 años. Pasó el resto de su vida como una madre, abuela y bisabuela, siempre dedicada y devota.

Vivió en México hasta 1977 cuando se mudó al norte de California y finalmente se estableció en el sur de California con su familia.

María fue una mujer de Dios, con gran determinación y valentía enfrento la vida. A demás, para ella Dios siempre fue primero y la familia. Ella fue dedicada a su llamado. Se deleitaba asistiendo a la iglesia para conocer a Dios más a fondo. Maria Trinidad nos ha dejado un gran legado de fe y amor a Jesucristo. El Señor le dio el don del canto y lo uso para la gloria de Dios. De joven fue maestra de catecismo de niños.

Le gustaba comer alimentos saludables, dar largos paseos, leer su Biblia y escuchar su música favorita, Cristiana, Mariachi, Vicente Fernández y Roció Durcal. María era una excelente cocinera; le encantaba preparar esquicitos platos mexicanos para su familia; especialmente pozole, tamales y sopas.

Le sobreviven sus cinco hijos y cinco hijas: Humberto Vázquez, María de Jesús Campos, Martha V. Farebrother, Francisco Vázquez, Sergio Vázquez, Isabel Allen, José Vázquez, Juan Vázquez, Teresa Rangel y Lupe Rey.

María tuvo un total de 28 nietos, 33 bisnietos y 4 tataranietos.

Fue amada por todos los que la conocieron, y aunque toda su familia la extrañará mucho, estará en el corazón de su familia y será amada por siempre.
