“Louie always made the greatest impression where ever he went, He brought Joy to others. His smile would brighten everyone’s day. His laugh brought happiness to everyone around him. Louie lived his life to the fullest, despite his limitations he never let anything stop him from doing things he loved. A few things that brought enjoyment to his life are listening to music and dancing, going shopping for his hats and movies. He especially loved to charm the ladies. Louie was so friendly to everyone he came across even if it was just for a moment he always left them with something special they will always remember. May he continue to bring joy to our hearts and smiles to our faces whenever we think of him.”
