

Con profundo amor y gran tristeza, anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestra querida esposa, madre, abuela y matriarca, Juana Gordillo, quien partió a la presencia del Señor el 5 de febrero de 2026, a la edad de 77 años, rodeada del amor de su familia en su hogar en Huntington Park, California.
Juana nació el 23 de junio de 1948 en Jalisco, México, hija de sus amados padres Martín y Maclovia. Desde muy joven llevó consigo los valores de la fe, la fortaleza y el amor incondicional por la familia, los cuales guiaron su vida entera.
Fue la amada esposa de Ignacio Gordillo y una madre devota y amorosa para Ricardo, Susana, Angélica, Ignacio, Joel y su ahijada Claudia. Su mayor orgullo y alegría siempre fue su familia, a quienes dedicó su vida con entrega, sacrificio y amor infinito. Como ama de casa, creó un hogar lleno de calidez, fe, alegría y el delicioso aroma de su cocina.
Juana amó profundamente a Dios y vivió siempre guiada por su fe católica. Encontraba consuelo en la oración y confiaba en el Señor en cada etapa de su vida. Disfrutaba la jardinería, la cocina, la música y el baile, y era más feliz cuando estaba rodeada de su familia. Con un corazón generoso y bondadoso, siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar a los demás y a ofrecer consuelo, consejos y amor.
Su presencia fue una bendición para todos los que la conocieron. Será recordada por su fortaleza, su dulzura, su hermosa sonrisa y el amor tan grande que brindó a todos. Aunque nuestros corazones están llenos de tristeza, encontramos paz al saber que ahora descansa en la presencia del Señor a quien amó tanto.
El amor y legado de Juana vivirán por siempre en los corazones de su familia y de todos los que tuvieron la bendición de conocerla. Siempre será profundamente extrañada y eternamente recordada.

With profound love and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and matriarch, Juana Gordillo, who entered into eternal rest on February 5, 2026, at the age of 77, surrounded by the love of her family at her home in Huntington Park, California.
Juana was born on June 23, 1948, in Jalisco, Mexico, to her loving parents Martín and Maclovia. She carried with her the values of faith, strength, and devotion to family throughout her entire life.
She was the cherished wife of Ignacio Gordillo and a devoted and loving mother to Ricardo, Susana, Angelica, Ignacio, Joel and her Goddaughter Claudia. Her greatest joy was her family, and she dedicated her life to caring for them with unconditional love and sacrifice. As a homemaker, Juana created a home filled with warmth, faith, laughter, and the comforting aroma of her home-cooked meals.
Juana loved God deeply and lived her life rooted in her Catholic faith. She found joy in prayer and trusted in the Lord through every chapter of her life. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, music, and dancing, and was always happiest when surrounded by family. Known for her kind heart and generous spirit, she was always ready to help others and offer comfort, guidance, and love.
Her presence was a blessing to all who knew her. She will be remembered for her strength, her warmth, her beautiful smile, and the deep love she gave so freely. Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find peace knowing she is now resting in the presence of the Lord she loved so dearly.
Juana’s love and legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A visitation will be held at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Memorial Chapel, located at 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California, 90601, on February 22, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The funeral service is scheduled for February 23, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Saint Matthias Church, 7125 Mission Place, Huntington Park, California, 90255-5203.
Juana Gordillo will be laid to rest at Rose Hills Memorial Park, in the section Emerald Heights 2, Row 3, Lot 1822, Space 4, Gate Number 1, on February 23, 2026.
