Jose "Joe" Pineda Jr.

He worked as a Park Patrol Officer until 1994, when he graduated from the Rio Hondo Police Academy and obtained the position of Full-Time Park Ranger. Joe provided safety and quality service during his time with the rangers, making a lot of friends during his career.

In 2014, Joe was promoted to Sr. Park Ranger and continued to serve the community in that capacity until his retirement in 2022.

A visitation in chapel for Joe will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - SkyRose Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at All Saints Catholic Church, 3431 Portola Ave, Los Angeles 90032.
