"The Boss" - as I and many, many of us came to know Ed through his professional life and career, has been among the most exceptional individuals I have had the pleasure to meet in my life.  He not only took me under his wing but mentor me and put me in a path for growth and development like no other.  Ed was kind, loving and incredibly bright, but was also over assertive and stubborn!... and I really loved him for that. His leadership style was one of over-achievement and to not look back, never complain, always respond and just keep moving forward. More than that, he lead with his heart and always believed in those he led, even beyond themselves. May you rest in peace Boss, you will always be in my mind as the mentoring and leader role model to be.
