was born on March 7, 1966 to Angalina Pedrosa Viera & Samuel Hernandez of Arizona. He was
a father, a brother, an uncle, a friend, and a homeboy.
Jesse- Uncle Jess left his mark on the world. He made friends in all places. He could make you
laugh no matter the situation and he enjoyed the simple things in life. Fishing and eating were
his favorite sports. Any chance he got to fish and eat, or eat & fish he did. BBQ’s were his jam,
there was nothing a good carne asada & a cold beer couldn’t fix. He loved music and throwing
“chancla” you could catch him on any dance floor. He also loved to camp, garden, gamble, and
be in the water. Jesse’s hobbies included collecting antiques, drawing, and gardening; he had a
green thumb and could make anything grow.
Despite all that he loved to do, Jesse was a father above all! He loved his kids with his whole
heart and was very proud of them. He enjoyed spending time wherever they were. He traveled
by car, airplane, or bus from California to Wyoming, Wyoming to Arizona, & Arizona to San
Diego to spend time with them. He was also a very proud grandfather. He spent his time
spoiling them, cuddling them, and making them laugh.
Jesse was a proud, stubborn, genuine, man. He was proud of his family & friends, his race, and
his neighborhood. He stood up for what he believed and showed love to all those who showed
love to him. He fought hard until his last day on this Earth. He will be truly missed and forever
leave his imprint on our hearts.
