Jesus Garcia Herraez, a beloved father, grandfather, and adored member of our family, passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at his home in Downey, California. Surrounded by his loving children, devoted grandchildren, wife and cherished family members, Jesus's final moments were filled with the warmth and love that he shared throughout his remarkable life.

Born in Spain, Jesus was the son of Julian and Maria. He was a loving brother to Julian, Jose (Pepe) and Ricardo, and a beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews. Jesus's impact on his family and community extended far and wide, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Jesus is survived by his adoring daughter, Diana, and her loving husband, Gilbert, as well as his devoted son, Ricardo, and his caring daughter-in-law, Fernanda, and loving wife, Marlene. His legacy continues through his beloved grandchildren: Seth, Evan, Noah, Julianna, Ricardo (Ricky), and Jacquelyn, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

Jesus Garcia Herraez was a man of principle and unwavering integrity. His warm smile, wisdom, and sense of humor brightened the lives of those around him. He was a role model to his family, an inspiration to many, and a testament to the power of determination and hard work.

As we bid farewell to Jesus, we remember the life he lived and the love he shared. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts, a reminder of the values he held dear and the American Dream he so fully realized.
