Wish I could be there with you as you say goodbye to my dear cousin. I remember his love for cars and that he loved being behind the camera. May memories of him bring you comfort and peace.

Our deepest condolences.  We are a big extended family. We may have grown apart but never forgotten our roots as the Ruiz family, and will always cherish the many memories we have had. Harvey was a big bother to our beloved big brother Mario! We love you, RIP.  

I will miss and love you forever uncle Harvey I will always remember when you would push us in the pool it would be so funny 😂 and when you would always welcome us into your home you were so great uncle I love you and we will never forget about you ❤️

I will always Miss you uncle Harvey and the cachetadas you would give me 😅. I remember the time we would talk about who the 35th president was or anything about history. I’ll miss the hugs you would always give me when I would first enter your warm home. I’ll miss the times I would always sleep over and you would chaperone me and Reyna in the living room. I always loved the besos and the love you would always give my tia maura and made her feel special.  I wish you pushed me in the pool the last time I saw you. Thank you tio Harvey for being in my life I wish I could’ve gave you one last hug. 

Uncle, we all are going to miss you! I am really going to miss you. What many didn't know was that you were a father figure to me. I was always grateful to be able to talk to you about what was bothering me. And our many sports talks. You and my aunt always showed me so much love. Thank you. I always admired how you would always keep in contact with family no matter where they are or how long it been since seeing them. I promise Uncle I will start practicing your ways and your way of thinking about how important family is. I love you!

Never in a million years did I want this to be true. Why did you leave us so soon?? 

You absence has left me feeling depleted and alone. 
I’m going to miss calling you   🚙  but most of all I will miss you when I return home in Norwalk.  

I’m going to keep your memory alive in my heart 💙  remembering all the little lessons you shared with me and all our adventures.
