Jan my friend , my sister in Christ. You were the epitome of what a friend really is. We have had a very long friendship. You were 8 and I was 9 years old. Growing up in the same church began a life of love and togetherness as we got older. Sharing our laughter and sorrows. Our parenting skills and how difficult it was to raise our children as well. I miss your voice and you fussing at me for whatever you were thinking at the time . I know you were tired I will never forget what you told me when I last saw you in November, 2024.  Can you just let me go to sleep? I love you my friend and I will see you when the trumpet sounds Goodbye for now❤️❤️

To Jan's family,                                                  You have lost a lovely person  in Jan and the only consolation I can think of is that you were fortunate to have her.    I worked in the office  of teachers with Jan at LACOE for many years and can honestly say I never knew a more loving,  and giving person.  She was also very sweet to all her students and referred to them as "her babies" .   My sincere condolences  to you.             Julie Johnson

Jan Wright, as beautiful inside as you are outside. Thank you for taking me under your wing, protecting me and guiding me, when we were colleagues at LACOE. Your friendship and mentorship was, and continues to be a bright light for me. You will be GREATLY missed, but we take comfort in knowing that you are at peace in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
