To Steve, Irma and the entire Amador family....The Barskys send their deepest condolences for the loss of a great man.  Frank spanned so many generations of our family as a dear friend to all - he will truly be missed.

First of all I would like to wish Steve Irma  and all of his family my condolences this is a complete surprise to me but when I seen the pictures it brought memories of McDonald Street and La Popular furniture. They built their warehouse right behind my house lol! So it was a big thing because it meant that the store was growing and the business was good. After the where houses built I got to meet a few guys that work in the warehouse it was Albert and it's hard to remember I think his name was Ray and then there was the boss Frank Amador. Every single Friday like clockwork payday it would head on down to Ozzie's liquor store pick up a few six packs and talk about how the day went with the deliveries that they made in their trucks from The Furniture Warehouse. Once in awhile I would sneak in the warehouse the parking lot actually and have a few beers with the guys and one thing I remember was all mr. Amador used to make me feel at home and was always smiling and made you feel good. He was always smiling and talking about Adventures from back in the day as well as his family. I was very close with his son Steve we used to work together in a band and we had a lot of good adventures and fun times in Steve's little truck with the band. I don't know how many times Steve pulled us out of a jam whenever we needed help  just like his dad he could never say no and always there and you can count on them . That is about the time when he had met Irma and we all became friends and we all used to party together. person I was blessed to meet was Frank's daughter Esther who was married to Albert's Brother Richard also were a big part of our band. We were at a barbecue and Richard and Esther heard that our band didn't have a place to rehearse. Esther and Richard right away after their garage. The rest is history thank you mr. Amador for your smile for your friendship and for always making me feel welcome and always offering me a beer. May you rest in peace. Respectfully Frank Villa.

Thank you being genuine and loving.  For being a great mentor and support.  For being diligent and loving.  Your memory, your legacy and your name will live on.  We'll miss you greatly.  As you dance in heaven with Grandma, know that we will do our best to carry on and keep your lawn green.  Love you forever and ever.  See you in a minute. 

My grandfather was one of the greatest men to walk this Earth. He meant everything to my family and I. He left behind a legacy for us all to walk in and follow. He was never a quitter, he didn't quit on himself or his family. He is one of the reasons why I strive to work hard for whatever I have and to never give up. I was so blessed to have him as my grandfather and to know that I not only have God's strength, but his strength in me as well. I love you Grandpa, and will cherish every memory I have of you. Forever.
