Cindy Winnette Phillips born August 10th 1957 and passed away peacefully at home on December 25th 2023 with family at her bedside. She is survived by her husband David and children Michelle and Lisa. Also survived by her sister Shirley and Grandchildren Rachelle, Eden, Mercedez, Madison, Justice and great-grandson Mateo. Cindy enjoyed spending time with her husband and caring for all the children in the family. Her hobbies were quilting with her sister Shirley and making jewelry with her grandchildren.
Cindy saw the goodness in others and loved helping others. She was an amazing wife, mom, and grandma! The example of how she lived and cared for others with the Lord in her heart is the greatest gift to us all.
