Born February 27, 1927 in Durango, Mexico, Celia dedicated her life to her family, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion.
She is survived by her four children: Jose, Alfonso, Jorge, and Maricela and two step-children: Armando and Christina. As well as her son-in-law, Steve.
Her nurturing spirit lives on through her nine grandchildren: Andrea, Amanda, Angelica, Amelie, Briana, Bianca, Andrew, William, and Isabella. Celia was also blessed with three great-grandchildren: Angelie, Alivia, and Elliana.
Celia will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and the unconditional love she shared with all who knew her. Her memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends.
A viewing will be held at Hillside Chapel on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 5:00pm. A funeral service to honor Celia's life will be held at the SkyRose Chapel on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 3:00pm.
She will be laid to rest at Rose Hills Cemetery next to her beloved husband, Jose Leos Garcia, and dear sister, Socorro Marrero.
