Carlos Hernandez

Our beloved Carlos Hernandez, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and a friend passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 87, in his home in Pico Rivera, California. Carlos is survived by his beautiful, loving wife, Theresa Hernandez, 69 years and five children, Anthony C. Hernandez, Irene M. Dominguez, Michael A. Hernandez, Mary T. Munoz, and John T. Hernandez.

Carlos was a proud grandfather of Beatrice Dominguez, Steve A. Dominguez, James Dominguez, Jacob Dominguez, Rachelle A. Hernandez Yarbrough, Caleb A. Hernandez, Isaiah A. Hernandez, Micah A. Hernandez, Levi A. Hernandez, Christopher Hernandez, Zachary Hernandez, Samuel Munoz, Teressa Munoz, Kaylee Lourenco, and Ryan Hernandez.

Carlos was a proud great grandfather of Brielle Lee, Elizabeth Hernandez, Lila Hernandez, Raymond F. Yarbrough and Jolene P. Yarbrough.

Carlos is survived by his sister Grace Miranda, Alice Luas, Mary Bennet and brother Salvador Hernandez.

We will cherish the times and memories we all had with Carlos. He was our pillar in this life. Carlos was a symbol of strength and determination, which he instilled in his children and grandchildren.

Carlos spent his final days in the comfort of his home, surrounded

by supportive loved ones until Our Creator called him home.

A visitation in chapel for Carlos will be held Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Mortuary Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601.

A funeral service will occur Friday, February 7, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St Francis Xavier, 4245 Acacia Ave, Pico Rivera, California 90660-1679 with a graveside service to follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park.

Carlos will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Sacred Heart; Gate: 1, Section: 13, Lot: 856, Grave: 3.
