Billy Monroe, age 88, of La Mirada, California passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Billy was born in Bixby, OK.

A funeral service for Billy will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022. The viewing will start at 10:00 AM followed by the service starting at 10:30 AM at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, 15100 Cordova Road, La Mirada, California 90638-2324.

Following the church service, Billy will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Garden of Solace; Gate: 1, Section: 17, Lot: 8409, Grave: 2.
