Mom was always there for me and so many that knew her.  Family was so important to her and she really loved her grand children. She was a Best Friend and confidante to many for decades.  She was faithful and dedicated to both work and friends.  She would move mountains to help. 
She was fun and quick witted with a strong personality.  She was a caring and loving mother and quite a Good cook. She taught me many things and loved me unconditionally. 
 I truly will forever Love You Mom ❤️

What a pure blessing Betty was to the people she touched.  I truly enjoyed the time and friendship we shared, discussing endless topics,  family, science, health, politics, even religion,  even though she held that privately for the most part, or just shooting the bull over Mexican food for lunch.  A true confidant of mine and Im sure so many others whom looked up to her for opinion, perspective and views of all things interesting, not to mention a good sarcastic laugh with that quick wit she masterfully implemented at just the right moments.    There will never be another like her and I for one am truly blessed to have known and entrusted her friendship.  Genuine,  straightforward,  no bs, and always a true friend.   My heart goes out to the family.  I know how much she meant to  all of you.  And to Jen,  thank you for taking such loving care of your Mom when she needed you the most.   We share a friendship that few have known and your Mom was a big part of that.  God Rest your soul Betty,  I will carry your memory with me forever.

Betty and I were buds. I was the redhead, and Betty was the blonde and together we affectionately referred to ourselves as Lucy and Ethel. It seemed like each time we went out something would happen so the Adventures of Lucy and Ethel was born. There were many times I would meet Betty at her job and we would go somewhere in her car and she would drive me home then we would realize my car was at her work! We would laugh so hard. We spent a lot of time together. Shopping when she needed a sofa or table and I would end up buying something and she didn’t. We went out to eat a lot and always had a good time. I miss my Ethel. Betty you were a great friend. Rest in peace.
