Love you always Uncle....until we meet again!😘

I am so sorry is hear of his passing, my thoughts and prayers are with his family. I will fondly remember his laugh, the many Mahjong games he taught me how to play, the many football and baseball games, his favorite music and his love of Christmas when I'd come to care for him. He will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️

I met Augie about five years ago at the VA ALS Support Group meeting.  Augie was a Charter Member of the group and was important to its success.   As I got to know Augie better, I realized what a great sense of humor he had.  His smile was amazing.  It would start with a twinkle in his eyes, spread through his face, and seemed to fill the entire room.  It was an honor to spend time with him and he will be greatly missed.

I will always remember by uncle Augie for his kind and gentle smile reserved for everyone. He used to make jokes and even though I didn't always get them, he smiled his special smile so I did too!

Aunt Lolly and cousin Deanna,
God Bless you and walk beside you especially through this difficult time. Uncle Augie will always be with you in your hearts love and memories, where he will be safe forever. You will see him in your dreams, when you are ready and he will be happy, content and free of pain.
