With deep love and profound sadness, the family of Anh Tuyet Ly Ngo announces her passing on January 13, 2026, at the age of 86. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and eldest sister, Anh gave endlessly of herself, always placing the needs of her loved ones above her own. Quiet and gentle in spirit, her compassion and kindness shaped the lives of all who knew her.
Born on August 27, 1939, in Vietnam, Anh lived a life rich with family, music, and joy. She was a teacher in Vietnam and an administrative assistant for the county health department in Maryland. Singing was her passion, and she shared her gift generously, performing countless times at weddings and community venues. Even in her later years, her talent continued to shine; she proudly earned second place in a national Vietnamese singing competition in 2025.
Anh is survived by her beloved husband, Tho Trong Ngo; her children, Thanh Tam Tuyet Ngo and Nhan Trong Ngo; her grandchildren, Gage Trong Ngo and Cole Edward Ngo; and her siblings, Lam Buu Ly, Phi Tuyet Ly, Hong Tuyet Ly, Thanh Tuyet Ly, and Bao Quoc Ly.
Her love, warmth and gentle presence will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Funeral services will be held at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Hua Yuan - Hall of Grace, located at 3890 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601. The service will take place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
Anh Tuyet Ly Ngo will be laid to rest at Rose Hills Memorial Park immediately following services in the Garden of Beauty, Row 2, Lot 3212, Space 2, Gate Number 1.
