

Agnes was born November 16, 1940 in St. Paul, MN, the oldest child of Max and Anna Ammann.
She graduated from Wilson High School in St. Paul, MN in 1958 and began a full time position at Northwest Cooperative Mills Inc. This is where she met her husband, Roger Olmsted.
Agnes and Roger were married on July 27, 1963. Together they had four children: Patricia Ann, Christopher Roger, Susan Marie, and Scott Joseph. They were married for nearly 23 years until Roger’s passing on May 16, 1986.
Agnes was a devout member of Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. She spent many years volunteering as a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the “Amazing Greys” senior ministry. She also helped start the “No Barriers to Christ” outreach ministry which focuses on LGBTQIA+ inclusivity within the church.
Agnes was an active member in several social circles, many of which she regularly participated in until her passing. These included the Rams group, PEO, bridge club, book club, and her many lunch groups and Arcadia friend groups she kept in touch with over the years.
Surviving Agnes are children, Patti, Chris (Stacey), Susan (Kurt) and Scott (Erin); grandchildren, Andrea, Jessica, Kyle, Nicole, Emilie, Jack, Meghan, Aidan, and Garrett; siblings, Jerry (Barb), Nick (Kathy) and Maxine (Glen), as well as a large, loving extended family.
Preceding Agnes in death are husband, Roger and parents, Max and Anna.
Services will be held on February 19, 2025 at 9:30 am at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church in San Dimas, CA. Reception immediately following with lunch served. The family will be holding a private burial.
She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed!
