I was a neighbor to the Smith family since 1985 when we moved to West Covina and I have had the pleasure of having the best neighbors ever. Mrs. Shirley has always been a beautiful person inside and out. She was blessed with great loving and caring kids. Mr Smiith made sure she was well taken care of and he always made her happy. I will always remember the day he surprised her with a brand new jaguar car I heard her screaming with so much joy! She will always be in our families memories and in our heart. We were honored to be invited to their 65th wedding anniversary which was absolutely beautiful. Mrs. Smith looked so beautiful and happy that day.
She will be missed. Now she is resting in peace with the love of her life, Mr Smith.
With love and deepest sympathy,
Jose & Laura Medrano

Dearest Family,
My sincere condolences 🙏🏽. Shirley is certainly one of the Classiest Ladies I've ever been Blessed to know. Gorgeous and kind... Brandon's loving and funny story of Shirley and Mom at the mall will forever be one of my fondest memories!

Alison, Andrea, Gus and Eric, there are no words that can adequately state my feelings for your loss. She was your mother, but her love spread to all who knew her. She was a mother to those of us who showed up at your home. I'll miss her sense of humor, her fashionable style, her beautiful smile and sparkling eyes. I remember taking greens over to her when I cooked them because no one else in your family liked to eat them. The family events I was invited to, were successful because of her and the love she put into them. She was a fabulous hostess. She will always have a special place in my heart.
I am praying for all of you and your family that you find peace and comfort during this difficult time. Love, Felica

I've known Mrs. Smith almost my entire life. I will always consider her and the Smith family a part of my family. She will always hold a place in my heart. Her kindness that never waivered, her sweetness, and her positive spirit that brightened all our lives. Such a beautiful person through and through. I will miss her in my life but will always keep her alive in my heart. She lived a good long life. I know she is happily reunited with Mr. Smith in heaven. Im so sorry for the family losing such a wonderful person. I know her children did everything for their parents to make them proud and happy. My love and regards to the Smith family.
With a mournful and full heart Stevie
