My dearest love I miss you so very much my heart is so very sad love you forever

Hi, Liz
I’m sure you heard it all from family. He will be missed. My memories with him was I invited you guys to our wedding. We had fun!!!! when you guys went to our new just bought house just to kick it and have beers. When you and him come over with Amanda watching TV talking crap and watching elephants. Rudy was smiling and talking to Chad. I know you will miss him. You will miss the dumb things like socks on the floor, his smelly farts, the burps, his laugh, his dumb makes no sense jokes and many more. But through your loving eyes and soul that was your fatty watty Rudy. Hold on to all his memories and love he gave you. He will always be looking down watching you and the kids. He was just taken to soon but I guess heaven had other plans for him. I guess there was a shortage of angel’s. Cause most of the other humans have a one way ticket downtown lol. I know Rudys plan had more love and memories to make with you. Be strange for you and Amanda. Love you xoxo I’m hear for you.

Dios les de la fortaleza para que puedan sobrellevar esta perdida. Que descanses en paz.

Carlos was a very special and kind person. My mom (Choco) was his Godmother. Carlos for many years made the time to come visit with my mom as often as he could. He sat with her for hours at a times. Always sharing his family's achievements and memories as they were grew up. For many years our families had a connection through Carlos. You see Carlos' Mom was my Mom's best friend and confidant. When Dolores (Lola) as we called her, passed my Mom lost a very good friend. Our families over the years were in touch through Carlos. He new that my Mom was getting older and perhaps very forgetful, but he continued his visits which made her happy. For that, I thank you Carlos.

"Those we love don't go away.

They walk beside us every day.

Unseen, unheard, but always near.

So loved, so missed, so very dear."

Rudy,

Thank you for taking me in when I had no place to stay.... I remember drinking few beers with you and I will always remember u for your laugh, when u and tia Betty would joke around, and also the best man to grill..... always cracking jokes ....
May you rest in peace💜

A mi querido negrito, eras mi hermano y te quería como un hijo. Espero que estes descansando en paz. Te voy a extrañar.

One day a handsome slim young man rang the door bell. I thought it was a Jehovah witness as he dressed in a nice looking suit with a tie and nice looking shoes. As I opened the door with a smile and clear braces on his teeth he asked is Liz home? Little did I know he was going to become my brother in law!
Rudy was great company to whom ever accompanied him! He was the best person to be behind the grill!! Grill, music and beer was Rudy's relax mode in my eyes!
I know Rudy made my sister happy and most definitely always there for her and my niece and nephews!
When I asked him if he can co-sign for us to buy a new truck he said yes with No hesitation..
You will be missed but never forgotten.
 Rest In Peace Rudy

My tio was was fun, cool and super handsome. He had this likable energy that was just part of who he was. When at a gathering, his loud voice and headstrong comments always guaranteed hours of talking, no matter the crowd.

He lived with us for a while when we were children. I remember he would make mini-pizzas out of English muffins. DIY pizza’s in the mid 80’s… a dream come true for four hungry children.

I will forever be grateful for the shared memories with the one I got to call “Tio Carlos”....the man who showed up to birthday parties, graduations and backyard gatherings. I will warmly remember an uncle that had the greatest taste in music, food and best of all, company.

My Tio Carlos was an awesome human for countless reasons. He was easy going and had the BEST laugh— but what I loved the most was his relationship with my dad. My dad Pepe and mi Tio Carlos are half brothers, 12 years apart, my dad is mostly Spanish speaking and reserved, while my tio was more Americanized and outgoing- yet their bond was solid. For a long while, my Tio Carlos had been coming over to my dad’s house every Thursday. They would talk (argue) for endless hours about anything and everything. A few times, I would look out nervously when their voices got so loud I thought they were arguing- they weren’t, they were just talking. They shared cold beers and watched Boxing & UFC fights and enjoyed each other’s company. I am grateful to him for being such a thoughtful brother to my dad. Their relationship was special and I know my dad will treasure all their memories together. Rest easy, Tio. I love you and miss you so much.

***Side note: I always thought it was weird that EVERYONE else called my uncle Carlos, “Rudy.” This past Sunday, I finally asked my dad about it. All our lives, he was Tio Carlos. Apparently, Rudy is his legal name haha I can’t believe we never knew this fun fact. I assumed Rudy must have been his middle name. The story goes, that he was supposed to be named Carlos but sometime between his birth and baptism my grandma decided to name him Rodolfo instead.

My dad is the smartest man I’ve known he was always eager to learn. He was always happy to see me. Even if he never showed his emotions of how much he loved me I always knew he did. I’m sorry dad that you had to go so soon I know how excited you were to see doggy. Just know I will always love you and cherish these last couple of months I was able to spend with you and mom.
Love Amanda💜

May the Light of Our Lord Jesus Christ shine upon his soul! May Rudy rest in peace. My most sincere condolences to his family. Rudy will live now in Eternal Life.
