Born on January 9,1968, Suezanne grew up in Carson, California surrounded by some of her siblings* and family members from the Atuatasi, Faumuinā, Gaoa, Mata’utia, and Ve’e families. Throughout her life, her family would continue to grow as she met her other lovely sisters and brothers, welcomed the Goodalls when her mother remarried, and found more family to love along the years.
Suezanne attended Carson High School, but graduated from Covina High School in 1986 after moving to West Covina. Her late teens consisted of a difficult battle with Lupus, but she powered through even after having two-total hip replacements and chemotherapy. Following that victory, she then attended Mt. San Antonio College where she received her Associates Degree.
After working for an airplane parts manufacturer, Suezanne found herself at Airco Specialty Gases where she met the love of her life, Frank Senn Jr. The pair would become close friends, and then later husband and wife after being married on October 5, 1996. Frank Senn Jr’s at-the-time-teenage-son would become like a beloved son to Suezanne, and the family would then be joined by a daughter in the year 2000.
For 20 plus some years, Suezanne’s career continued into the specialty gasses field. Her warm personality and quick wit lead her up to her final position as a Sales Manager for Westair Gases & Equipment Inc.
As for her hobbies, Suezanne adored her plants and many could be found both inside and outside her home. One of her favorites were her various plumeria trees. She also enjoyed baking, dancing, singing her heart out during karaoke, and playing video games, particularly Conan Exiles, on her console. Suezanne especially loved being creative, finding joy involving her adored grandchildren and loved ones with art and activities.
Overall, “Suzie” can be described by her friends and family as someone who was compassionate, generous, supportive, and emitted an infectious energy for life. She was a warrior during difficult times and always ready for adventure. Her fun personality, paired with her humor, would always make those around her laugh and warm up their hearts. It goes without saying that she will dearly be missed.
