My name is  Derrick Jackson and I have been was a co-worker of Raymond's at Eagle Rock station. I loved chatting with Raymond in the break room. He was always so cheerful, always smiling even when he was overworked. He was always in great shape and I'd always comment, in a flirty way, that he looked like he'd been working out. This alway made him laugh, but he knew he looked good. I will miss him terribly. 

Raymond was a man that taught me alot as I grew up. He is a man of strong character and morals. The thing that I learned most from him is how to be humble.  He would always be there for my father and I. He could fix anything around the house, and taught me to be self reliant.  Thank you for bringing happiness into our lives. You will be missed big brother.

The RaymondI know is a guy who’s always happy,  peaceful, love life, and never have a bad thing to say about anyone.  You’ll be missed.  R.I.P cousin.  

Anyone that has ever known Uncle Raymond could feel the warmth and light that he radiated. He was just easy—easy to talk to, easy to laugh with, and his hard-working and loving demeanor made it easy to look up to him. Always with a smile on his face, Uncle Raymond was just an all-around amazing family man. We could feel the love he shared every time he walked into the room, and he showed his love in the best way he knew how. He would gush about how proud he was of his kids and religiously visit his mom bearing egg tarts. He would chat about real estate and life with his siblings and have long convos about traveling with anyone that would listen. The family that we are today will not be the same without him, and we miss him greatly. We know you’re somewhere eating cake, traveling the world, and living the life you deserve. Rest easy, Uncle Raymond. We'll keep you in our hearts forever.

Raymond has always been a great brother to me.  I always looked up to him.  He taught me about real estates and help me acquired and manage my first property.  He even helped me renovate the property, because he is very handy.  Despite of his busy schedule, he is always there for me and willing to lend a hand.  He works hard and makes a lot of sacrifice for the family and his siblings.  He never complaints and keeps everything to himself.  We are always on the phone discussing real estates at least on a weekly basis.  Besides being a great brother, he is a great business partner as well.  He has an excellent work ethic, working until his last day.  He gets along with everyone.  He plans to retire early, after working hard for 30 years.  He makes travel plans oversea during his retirement and wants to focus more on real estates.   He has a huge impact on his families and friends.   He still has so much to offer in life.   We love him so much and really really miss him.
