Pedro was born October 18, 1935 in Amatlan de Canas, Nayarit Mexico the son of Jesus Banuelos Rojas and Refugio Montero. He was very smart despite no formal education due to extreme poverty. Pedro immigrated to the United States in search of a better way of life for him and his family. Pedro enjoyed playing cards and dominos. had the ability to make anyone smile in his later years.
Pedro is survived by his children Pedro Jr., Raul, Elvia, Fabiola, Esela, Francisco, brothers Felix, Rogelio and sister Socorro, sons in-law Billie, Alejandro and daughter in-law Maritza. Pedro is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Pedro will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Rose Hills Mortuary, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 23, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Memorial Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601.
Pedro will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Heavenly Valley; Gate: 1, Section: 2, Lot: 4139, Grave: 3.
