Louise Davis, as I always knew her bye was such a spark plug in a Community Monterey Park. She started working with welcome wagon, and then the sister city program. Not content there she moved on into politics I believe she was treasurer, and then ultimately on into mayor of Monterey Park. She will definitely be missed by those who knew her. She influenced so many people by her presence and her success. My condolences to the family. May she rest in peace.    (let’s see if this fourth time trying to post works.)

This was taken in June of 2016 to celebrate Sister Maura's years of dedication of helping people in the South Bend, IN area.  Sister and Aunt Louise were best of friends and cousins.  Mom,  Rich, Terri and I met Aunt Louise, John & Sissy and Gary & RuthAnne.  It was a wonderful time spent after the celebration on the Notre Dame campus, then returning to Aunt Louise's birthplace in Illinois.  I'm so happy Rich, Terri and I were able to attend Aunt Louise's 98th birthday party with the Davis family. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers. Love, 'Trese'
