Marie Jenny Rivera Atkinson

As an adult, she lived in Hawaiian Gardens where she gave birth to two children, Stephen and Lucinda Marie.

She met Andres Muñoz Rivera and later gave birth to her third child, Josie Lynn Rivera.

The family moved to Artesia, California and then to Santa Fe Springs, California.

Marie and Andres moved to Whittier, California with her sister, Margarita Navarro. After her husband and sister passed away, Marie moved in with another sister, Isabel Carrisosa.

In 1998, Marie became ill and moved in with her daughter, Josie, where she resided until her death.

She is preceded in death by her husband, three sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her son: Stephen, two daughters: Lucinda Marie and Josie Lynn, six grandsons: John, David Anthony, Stephen, Benjamin Ricky, Andrew Glenn, and Daniel Mark, three granddaughters: Elizabeth Marie, Rachel Marie and Alexandria Nichole, three great- grandsons: Johnny Angelo, Emileo Charles and Cruz Antonio and one great- granddaughter: Angelina Marie.
