She is survived by Odilon Leon, her husband of 56 years, as well as seven children; Micaela, Jesus, Serafin, Estela, Javier, Maribel, and Diana, 10 grandchildren; Adrian, Manuel, Stephanie, Jesus (Jesse), Fabian, Jaydine, Aneli, Isabella, Sebastian, Daleyza, and 4 great-grandchildren; Sadie, Angelo, Maximilliano and Madelynn.
Lupe enjoyed gardening, sewing, stitching, and she was always more than happy to cook and prepare her loved ones' favorite foods, especially for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Lupe passed away peacefully on December 7, 2022. She will be greatly missed by those she left behind.
A visitation in chapel for Maria will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Hillside Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Hillside Chapel.
Maria will be laid to rest in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601; Creekside Heights Lawn; Gate: 1, Section: 2, Lot: 2419, Grave: 3.
