Laura Hubbard died at the age of 94 in Mission Viejo, California, surrounded by her family, on May 22, 2022, after a brief illness. Laura spent her childhood on a dairy farm in the Hudson Valley in New York. She was employed, during the war years, by the FBI and worked in Washington DC, as well as San Francisco, California. She met her future husband, Allen Hubbard, in San Francisco, and in 1952, they were married and had 52 years together before Allen passed in 2004. Laura worked part time for the school district and as a homemaker in Bellflower, CA. Upon retirement, she and Allen moved to Solvang, CA where they and their children spent and created many happy memories. In her later years, she resided in Mission Viejo to be near her children. Laura is survived by both her children and their spouses, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
