i never got to write one for grandma. i really really miss her. i knows it’s gonna be two years this year but it still feels so fresh. i remember one night in the summer, i was staying up late on my device and she caught me. i was so annoyed that she made me go to bed, but now looking back i shouldn’t of taken that for granted. i wish I spent more time with her,  and text her more often. i still have our old texts together and it’s just so bizarre that she’s gone. it’s heartbreaking. she always was a hard working woman and was just over all amazing person to know and to have in your life. she was taken too soon. she misses out on so many important things in my life and her kids. no one will ever fill in her spot. she’s irreplaceable. no one can top her loving and wonderful personality.

Sal, my heart breaks for you and the kids. I am so sorry for your loss. I know that Karen was the heart of your family, always running from one place to the next for you and the kids.  If it wasn’t baseball or football, it was that call that your back went out and she had to rush to get you. I always wondered how she did it all (4 kids seemed like so many to me!), but she did it so perfectly, so quickly and always calmly.   I looked up to her and her work ethic and thought of her often over the years  as I made my way in the world with my own family and career.  She is and always will be amazing. I know that her love and spirit will be with you,  the kids &  grandkids always. You are all in my prayers.
