He was also known as Jorge to many who loved him, and he carried both names with dignity, strength, and honor. Trinidad passed away on May 5, 2026, in Perris, California, just two days before his 81st birthday. Born on May 7, 1945, he lived a life defined by hard work, resilience, style, and a deep love for his family and the country he was proud to call home.
Trinidad grew up in Mexico and immigrated to Los Angeles, California at the age of 15. He embraced his new life with gratitude and determination, and he carried a lifelong love for the United States. He was patriotic and took great pride in his citizenship, always speaking with admiration about the opportunities and freedoms he found in his adopted home. His appreciation for this country was a defining part of who he was, and it remained with him throughout his life.
He spent his early years working in Los Angeles, where he earned the respect of those who knew him through his strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity. He was hard working, loyal, and punctual, and he approached his responsibilities with seriousness and pride. He was the kind of man others could depend on, and his character left a last impression on everyone.
Trinidad was an avid antique collector with a true passion for acquiring and reselling antiques. He had an eye for unique pieces and enjoyed the excitement of finding treasures with history and character.
In his younger years, Trinidad enjoyed being an extra in movies, and he took special pride in appearing in films such as Scarface and The Streets of San Francisco. He appreciated the experience and the memories it gave him, and it was one of the many interesting chapters in a life full of personality and variety. He also enjoyed old westerns, featuring John Wayne; he was also devoted fan of Frank Sinatra. He had classic taste and a deep appreciation for the style, music, and stories that stood the test of time.
Trinidad was a man who enjoyed life's simple pleasures. He loved spending time at swap meets and flea markets. These outings brought him joy and gave him opportunities to connect with others, search for interesting finds, and enjoy the excitement of the day.
He was a silly man and a kid at heart, and those close to him knew that. His presence was a playful spirit and had a warm sense of humor. He was beloved by all, and his charm and personality made him unforgettable.
Trinidad is survived by his four children, Jessica Ursulo, Rodrigo Rodriguez, Diana Caballero, and Andres Rodriguez, 12 grandchildren , and 2 great grandchildren. His family was the center of his heart, and he loved them deeply. More than anything, he loved his family, especially his children, and his devotion to them was evident in all he did. His legacy lives on in the memories, values, and love he shared with them throughout his life.

A Funeral Service will be held at Rose Hills Memorial Park - Hillside Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601, US, on May 22, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
Final resting place is at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, in Live Oak Lawn, Row 3, Lot 2321, Space 2.
